We stock two grades of Simba Cement: Simba Cement 32.5R - a general-purpose Portland cement ideal for residential construction, floor slabs, columns, plastering, and brickwork; and Simba Cement Power 42.5N - a high-strength OPC cement engineered for structural applications, high-rise buildings, and critical infrastructure. Both come in 50kg bags.

We carry deformed reinforcement bars (rebars) in sizes D8, D10, D12, D16, and D25, and mild steel round bars in sizes R6, R8, R10, R12, and R16. All bars are 12m length. We also stock chain link fencing (4ft-8ft, 18m rolls), binding wire, and hoop iron.

Use 32.5R for general residential work: house walls, floor screed, plastering, and standard foundations. Use 42.5N for high-load structural work: columns, beams, high-rise slabs, precast elements, and foundations under heavy load. When in doubt, contact our technical team - we'll recommend the right grade for your project.

Unopened bags stored correctly in a cool, dry place have a shelf life of 3 months from the manufacture date printed on the bag. Once a bag is opened, use it within the same day. Never store cement bags directly on the ground - use pallets or a raised platform.

Delivery charges depend on your location and order size. Deliveries within Nairobi and Nakuru are available at a standard rate. Upcountry delivery is quoted separately. For large bulk orders, we may offer free delivery. Get a delivery quote alongside your product inquiry.

There is no strict minimum for walk-in or self-collection orders. For delivery orders, a minimum of 10 bags is required to qualify for delivery service. Smaller quantities can be collected from our Nairobi or Nakuru depots.

Yes, absolutely. You can combine cement, steel bars, round bars, chain link fencing, and accessories in a single order. This can also reduce your overall delivery cost. Just specify all the items and quantities when you contact us.

You may cancel or modify your order before dispatch at no charge. Once goods have been loaded for delivery, cancellation may incur a logistics fee. Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or phone if you need to make changes.

We deliver across Kenya. Same-day or next-day delivery is available for Nairobi and Nakuru orders placed before 11AM. Deliveries to other counties are typically within 2-4 business days. Contact us to confirm delivery timelines for your area.

Yes. Self-collection is available from our depots in Nairobi and Nakuru. Call ahead to confirm stock availability and arrange a collection time. This is the fastest option for urgent orders.

Inspect your delivery before signing the receipt. If bags are damaged or torn, note this on the delivery document and photograph the damage. Contact us immediately on +254 751 559 596 and we will arrange a replacement or credit. Claims made after signing and accepting the delivery may not be processed.

Yes. All Simba Cement products are tested and certified by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) and manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 standards. Certification documents are available on request for any order.

Every genuine Simba Cement bag carries the official Simba Cement branding, KEBS mark, batch number, manufacture date, and weight. If anything looks inconsistent, do not use the product and contact us immediately. Only purchase from authorised distributors.

Our deformed reinforcement bars meet BS 4449 and KS 02-83 standards with a minimum yield strength of 460 MPa. Round bars conform to BS 4449 Grade 250 (250 MPa). Mill certificates are available on request for structural engineering sign-off.

We accept M-Pesa (Paybill and Till), bank transfer, and cash on collection. For large bulk orders, we also accommodate cheque payment from registered companies. Payment details are provided at the time of order confirmation.

For new customers, full payment is required before dispatch. For established customers with a credit account, we offer 7-30 day payment terms depending on your account history and order size. Contact our accounts team to discuss credit terms.

Yes. We issue a VAT receipt for every transaction. Official invoices on company letterhead are available for all business and contractor orders. Specify your company name and KRA PIN when ordering if you need a tax invoice.
